Shipping and Handling

Each print is custom made to order to ensure the highest possible quality. Please allow 7-10 business days for printing prior to dispatch.

Your artwork will be carefully hand rolled in protective tissue paper, packaged in a protective cardboard tube and handled with great care every step of the way. As fine art prints are delicate, it is recommend keeping them safely stored in their packaging until you are ready for framing.

Every print is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it leaves in beautiful condition, free from marks, tears, or stains.

Returns

I want you to feel confident in your purchase.

For eligible items, I offer a 14-day refund policy from the date your order is received. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

As each print is custom made especially for you, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or custom orders. This includes any personalised or specially requested pieces. I truly appreciate your understanding, as these works are created specifically to your specifications.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact me at info@teganbookphotography.com.au within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. Kindly include clear photographs of the damage, the packaging, and the address label, along with a brief explanation of what occurred.

If the damage is confirmed to have occurred in transit, I will happily arrange a replacement.

Please take care when opening your package, as I’m unable to accept responsibility for damage caused during unpacking.
