Shipping and Handling

You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been completed and shipped. Once you receive your tracking number, it is your responsibility to keep up to date with your own delivery.

Prints are custom printed, so please allow 1-2 weeks for printing. Prints are carefully packaged with the utmost of care and delivered in cardboard tubes. It is recommended that you do not handle the print until time of framing. They are delicate and checked prior to postage to ensure that there are no tears, marks or stains.

Returns

As all items are custom made upon placing your order, we are not able to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind or wrong size option chosen.

In the event that a print has been damaged on its way to you, please email us at ……. within 24 hours upon receipt of goods so that we can discuss a plan of action. Please include photographs of the damage, the package and address label, and an explanation of what has occurred. We will arrange a replacement if the responsibility is soley with the courier company.

We will not be responsible if the goods were damaged by the client in the process of opening the package, please ensure care and gentle handling is taken, or if the claim is made past the 24 hour period of receiving the prints.
