Prints are carefully rolled in protective tissue and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes to ensure they arrive safely.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us at info@teganbookphotography.com.au within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. Kindly include clear photographs of the damage, the packaging, and the address label, along with a brief explanation of what occurred.
